What is a fire door inspection?
A fire door comprises all elements of the door set including the door itself (door leaf) the frame and the essential hardware / seals attached to the door. The entire door is known as a ‘fire resisting door set’ and will be graded with the required amount of minutes required to hold back a fire.
Inspection of fire doors is critical to ensuring all aspects of the door are working as designed.
